Delivery Driver

Little Beast Brewing is an award-winning brewery with a passion for innovation, an appreciation for uniqueness, and an obsession with quality. Founded in 2017 and inspired by the little beasts that transform water, barley and hops into beer, we specialize not only in mixed culture fermentation, fruited, wild and wood-aged beers, but also in mastering classic styles for a consistently enjoyable and always approachable experience. Crafting small batch beers from a 15 barrel system in Clackamas, Oregon, we self-distribute through Portland and Seattle metropolitan areas, distribute into four US states and export to Japan and Canada.

As we continue to grow, we re seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver capable of expertly bringing Little Beast beer to our wholesale partners throughout the Portland metropolitan area and beyond. The ideal candidate has a high level of skill in customer service and logistics, a clean driving record, the ability to work independently and a commitment to long-term employment.

  • M-F. 40 hours/week. Deliveries start early, oftentimes at 6am. The position is based out of our brewery location in Clackamas, OR.

    • Weekly/monthly delivery of product to:

      • Wholesale customers (grocery & bottle shops) located in Portland metro area and Seattle

      • Little Beast Beer Garden

    • Restocking and merchandising beers at delivery locations

    • Logistics - Route planning and coordination for all deliveries

    • Pickup of ingredients and other raw materials

    • Record keeping - Working with our brewery management software

    • Weekly/monthly inventory with the team

    • Vehicle upkeep / scheduling maintenance

    • Additional brewery work inclusive of:

      • Assistance on packaging line

      • Kegging beer

      • Cleaning

      • Learning about beer!

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Valid driver s license and clean driving record

    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

    • Able to lift up to 140 lbs

    • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, lifting, kneeling and reaching

    • Ability to work independently and efficiently

    • Wear proper PPE while on duty

    • NO CDL required

    • Preferred brewery experience in a professional environment

    • $20-21/hr commensurate upon experience

    • 40 hours paid time off (hours accrued bi-weekly and can be used after probationary period). 80 hours paid time off after the second full year of employment (hours accrued bi-weekly).
